Page 509.--In the name of God, Amen. I, WILLIAM MULFORD, of the town of Southampton, in Suffolk County, yeoman, being sick, August 2, 1773. I leave to my nephew, Henry Mulford Lumadew (L'Hommedieu), the eldest son of Nathaniel Lumadew, "a piece of land known by the name of Standborough lot," lying in Lots 2-3 in the great South Division, said to be 14 acres. I also leave him 5 shillings. I leave to my mother, Mary Mulford, the use of all my estate, during her life, and after her death I leave all the rest of my estate to Josiah Hand, the second son of David Hand. I make my mother, Mary Mulford, and my trusty friend, Daniel Howell, executors.
