Joseph Fairboune, 84, passed away Nov 11, 1996 at home surrounded by his loved ones. Born Oct 6, 1912 in Friesland, Minn., to Joseph Taylor and Mary Laviso Bunyea Fairbourne. Married Dora Elizabeth Bennett September 27, 1933 in the Salt Lake Temple.
He graduated from Cyprus High School in 1933 and from the Utah Trades School in 1935. He was a journeyman welder, steamfitter, lead burner and mechanic and was much in demand through the United States because of his expertise. Owned and opperated Vista Fountain Drive Inn and JEPCO Lead Construction. He sang in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
Dad's life was dedicated to his family, he was always willing to use his many talents to help them. His home was always open to his family and special friends from many walks of life
Survived by his wife, Beth of Taylorsville, four sons Paul (Rachel), Courtney (Soundra), Ace, Vance, all of Salt Lake City area. 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; three sisters Gayle England, Tooele, Gladys Austin, Caldwell, Idaho, Shirley Greathouse, Kearns.

Funeral service will be held Friday, Nov 15, 1996, 2 P.M. at Lake Hills Mortuary Chapel, 10056 So. State Street, Sandy, where friends may cal Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service Friday. Intermewnt, Lake Hills Memorial Park.
