Russell Bigelow Mulford
Farmer. Russell B. Mulford served in the Union Forces during the Civil War in Company "E" 45th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He took ill with a cold and was confined to a medical camp which was overrun by rebels. Taken captive, he was forced to march in his underwear, by his captors, to a containment camp. Subsequently, he went almost totally deaf from this experience.
