Hannah Petty

  General Notes:

She was a descendant of Edward Petty, an early settler ofSouthold,LongIsland, and the progenitor of the Petty's after whom Petty'sPoint,whichjuts out from the northern shore of Long Island into theSoundnearMulford's Point by Orient, was named.

Hannah married Barnabas Mulford, son of Thomas Mulford and Mercy Bell, on 30 Apr 1740 in Branford, New Haven, Connecticut. (Barnabas Mulford was christened on 3 Jun 1716 in East Hampton, Long Island, Suffolk, New York and died in Nov 1792.)
