Grandson Gilbert Mulford, part of farm in Shawangunk; lot in Shawangunk heretofore conveyed to son James, also part of farm; grandson David D. Mulford, watch and desk; Mary Graham, daughter of James I. Graham of thown of Shawangunk, furniture, cow, etc., if son David die, his share to grand sons David D., John M. and James Mulford, sons of said David ; residue to son James.
