Wife, Hepsebeth, 1/3 of the moveable estate, and the things she had before marriage; also use of land where I live, on the north side of the main street. Grandson, Benjamin Dare, my wheelwright tools; also the said land; he paying to my other 4 grandchildren, Millicent, Margaret, Mulford and Samuel Dare, 60 pounds. Rest of real estate to be sold, and 1/2 of the money given to my grandsons, Mulford and Samuel Dare, and the other 1/2 to my nephew, Jacob Mulford, in trust, for the benefit of my 2 granddaughters, Millicent and Margaret Dare. Executors - Isaac Wheaton and my wife Hepsebeth.
