His house at "Hashmomoque", near the shore three miles east ofthevillageof Southold, was cannonaded by a British war vessel in the Warof1812. Abraham married Joanna Miller in 1770. (Joanna Miller was born about 1749 in East Hampton, Long Island, Suffolk, New York and died on 12 Sep 1803.) Abraham next married Lydia Stebbins. Abraham next married Lydia Tillinghast. |
