At a Surrogates Court, held in and for the County of Ulster, at the Surrogates Office in the City of Kingston, and said County on the 2nd day of July 1894 Present Hon James A. Betts, Surrogate. The last Will and Testament of Edmund F. Mulford was admitted to probate and prved as a Will of real and presonnal estate which together with the proof in relation thereto is as follows: I Edmund F. Mulford of the town of Shawangunk in the county of Ulster and State of New York and the age of Fifty four years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner following. That is to say First: I give and bequeath to my son Drake G. Mulford, the sum of Five Dollars, which said sum of money I bind and order to be paid to the said ??? within one year after my decease ???. I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property both personal and real estate ????? to my ??? wife Emert Mulford in her ??? to do with as she sees fit. ????
